In Intune Admin select Devices > Windows Devices > Manage Devices > Configuration.
Create a new policy or edit an existing one if applicable.
For platform select Windows 10 and later and Profile Type as Settings Catalogue.
Give the policy a name.
If Configuration Settings click Add Settings.
Select ‘Sign-in and lock last interactive user automatically after a restart’ from Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Logon Options by browsing or searching for it.
Disable the setting so the user will not be logged in and locked.
Create the assignments for the policy and save.
