iPad apps may not install if the sToken has expired. You can check the state of the token in Workspace ONE > Groups & Settings > All settings > Devices & Users > Apple > VPP Managed Distribution.
May get the error ‘out of date app assigned but not installed’ for the apps assigned to a device.
- Log in to Apple Business Manager or Apple School Manager.
- Select your account, click Preferences, then click Payments & Billing.
- Under Content Tokens, click the name of the location to download the sToken (.vpptoken file)
- In Workspace ONE navigate to Groups & Settings > All settings > Devices & Users > Apple > VPP Managed Distribution.
- Click Renew and browse to the new downloaded sToken to upload.
- Click Save.
